  • Your date will be held only if we receive payment within 24 hours of sending the invoice.

  • Do not attach anything to yard signs, including balloons. If you'd like an additional stake left in your yard to attach balloons or streamers to,

    just let us know ahead of time!

  • You are responsible for the safety and protection of all materials displayed in the recipient’s lawn. For the safety of everyone, there should be no playing around or on Yard Cards. The stakes used cannot support any weight.

  • Sprinklers must be turned off before designated set up time and please reschedule any planned lawn care.

  • If any Yard Cards are damaged while being rented, you will be invoiced for the replacement of the damaged sign/s at a rate of $10 per sign.

  • Yard Card Denver is not responsible for damage to personal property during set-up or removal of yard signs.

  • You are responsible for approval from any HOA, management, or neighborhood boards.

  • One person in the household of the Yard Card must know the yard card is coming one day prior to set up for the safety of the person setting up.

REFUND POLICY

You may cancel your reservation up to three calendar days in advance and receive a full refund. If you cancel a reservation between one to two calendar days prior to your reservation, we will reserve your funds as a store credit for a future date to be used within 12 months.

No refunds will be given for the following circumstances:

  • Weather

  • Due to incorrect address being given

  • Due to homeowner requesting removal of signs

  • Due to being denied access into a gated community

  • Due to animals preventing access to the yard to put up signs

  • Due to HOAs requesting removal of signs or not allowing signs to be put up
